Engagements
A consulting relationship is established only through a signed engagement letter or master services agreement. Submitting an inquiry through this site does not create a client relationship.

We treat the contents of your inquiries as confidential. Where engagements involve regulated or sensitive data, we operate under mutually executed confidentiality agreements and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement.
Content and brand
The Saph.ai name, brand marks, copy, and visual design are the property of Saph.ai. Case studies on the site are anonymized; factual outcomes are real, identifying details are altered or omitted by agreement with the underlying clients.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saph.ai is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from use of this website. Liability associated with engagements is governed by the relevant engagement letter.
Changes
These terms may evolve. We'll update the "last updated" date when they do. Material changes will be reflected here; using the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
